This Terms of use and Privacy policy apply to the website www.lewisokami.com.

General conditions

All contents, including photos, videos, texts, designs, trademarks, logos or any other element susceptible of protection by the legislation of intellectual or industrial property, that are accessible in this website, are of my property or of its legitimate holders and are left expressly reserved all rights over them.

You may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product or portion of the website, nor transmitting any malware or viruses to it.

I've made this website myself 🙂.


Through this website I sell prints of my pictures. These prints are made and shipped by a third party printing company so I'm subject to their production and shipment schedule and conditions.  

I've made every effort to match as accurately as possible the colors of the images that appear in the website with the colors that the final print will have, but variations may exist, depending on your monitor calibration, brightness and other variables. I can’t guarantee that that the accuracy or quality will meet your expectations.

Prices, descriptions and availability of the products can change without notice.

Occasionally, there may be information in the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, product shipping charges, shipping times and availability. Any error will be corrected as soon as possible.

Orders and payment

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the website, you’ll be redirected to a PayPal secure and encrypted payment gateway webpage, where you can log into your PayPal account or pay by credit or debit card. During this process, certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including, but not limited to, credit card numbers), email address, and phone number, is obtained by PayPal to process the payment and order.

All the payment process is made externally in PayPal’s website. Once confirmed, I receive and email from PayPal with just the shipping address and selected print, then I send this information to the printing company to proceed with the print. I never have access to your financial information.

Please provide current, complete and accurate information. In the event that a change or cancellation is made to an order, I’ll attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the payment was made.

Unfortunately, since all of the orders are custom and made-to-order, it’s not possible to cancel an order if it’s already in production.


All items enjoy free shipping to any part of the world (and Mars when possible).

After I’ve sent your order information to the printing company, they’ll usually print and send your print, with the due protective package, within 7 days and I’ll send you an email as soon as the item is shipped with the confirmation and tracking information.

The majority of the shipments will arrive within 15 days after the item has been shipped out. Please note that depending on location, weather or other variables, the shipment can take as long as 20 or 30 days. If it takes longer, please email me and we'll try to find it.

Neither I nor the printing company is responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided by you in the order, or returned packages to us because of an error made by the customer (e.g. incorrect delivery address, address unknown, rejection of reception, not picking up the package at the post office within the time limit or otherwise). Upon inquiry, we’ll provide shipment information for the customer to investigate.

In case of shipment mistakes made by us, we'll resend you a new copy of your order at no additional cost.


Since all orders are custom and made at the moment of the order, we can only accept returns if the product received do not match the product ordered at the website, if the product has defects associated with the printing process or if the product gets damaged during transport.

In any of these cases, you must first email me within 7 days of receiving the item indicating the cause of return, order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs showing the defective or damaged area. Then I'll send you an email with the return instructions and address you should return it to. Please, keep in mind that the item must be in the same condition that you received it and to be in the original packaging.

When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for lost returns. The shipping costs for returning the item will be refunded, just send me the receipt by email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll print and send a new copy to you.

User data

When you visit this website, certain anonymous information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device, it’s automatically collected through cookies (for more information about cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org). Additionally, as you browse the website, information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the website, and information about how you interact with the website is also collected.

This information is basically to help screen for potential risk and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimize the website (for example, by generating analytics about how the customers browse and interact with the website, and to assess the success of marketing and advertising campaigns).

Additionally, the order information explained in the orders and payment section that we collect it is exclusively to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
